I can suggest some which looks promising to me. But you have to do the digging by yourself. You can check out NAV, NEO and LSK coins. I am planning to do research on them first. So you can do it too.

At first, I wanna state that I am not interested in new staking coins. But as you asked I may suggest you some newly launched and old coins which are cheap and convinient in my views, though I don't prefer them. You may try stratis, Neblio, Reddcoin, Navcoin, Neo, Lisk, Ark, Bean etc if you like. I will say that you check them and If you feel comfortable then go with them. Cheerio.

If i was you i will staking NEO, ONT, Vechain, PriVCY or Catalyst Coin.

PriVCY and Catalyst Coin is still new and PRiVCY still running the airdrop so you can get it by free. and they are still cheap right now.

I do not trust new coins. I think that their time has not yet come, and when it does not come soon. It is possible and on other coins to create a good cook. Why are you trying for some new coins. There is ether, bitkoyn. Why do not you like these coins.

I would strongly advise against just getting staking coins based on newly-launched and or cheap. It is so difficult to tell which coins are going to be good now, and I doubt any of the new PoS coins are really worthwhile.

If you want cheap that returns something, go for NEO. It does not stake but it gives out Neogas for holding, (a second token). Price of NEO is really low now so it is a good bargain if you missed out on it like I did.

Or even WAVES, cheap as hell now and can be leased for more gains.

From my point of view the NEO, LSK, ARK and NAVCOIN are top of newly launched staking coin. These are the best coin I think. From the four I chose LSK. You can also try this.

NEO, BeanCash, Obsidian, VersionCoin, DeepOnion, Stratis, StackBit, HousingCoin are some cheap but relatively new coins. Solaris is also there with a growing community and an awesome developer team. You should try these out if you are looking for short term investment.

Deeponion launched as a great coin  the pump and dumps made it worse Now the coin is called Forum coin used for just giveaways ...

altho the team behind Deeponion is very good

Lots of people here shouting out NEO and i have to agree. This is an easy decision to invest in what will soon be very competitive with ethereum. Staking NEO gives you tradable GAS tokens

I think Tezos is the best and the price is also very low. It is worth taking a little to avoid being a mess in the future.
