LeviarCoin XLC is a coin I came across a few month when I was searching for privacy coins with low market caps.

On March the 1st 2018 LeviarCoin is getting a hardfork and full codebase change to the monero code thus enabling features like offline wallet (Mnemonic seed), RingCT, subaddresses, Multithreading for daemon and wallet, Rpc wallet and more importantly a more stable daemon’s code.

XLC market cap is currently under 2 000 000 and its is priced at 0.19 cents. It has an all time high price of 0.87 cents. With the news of the hardfork and codebase change could this be 10X coin??

I think 10x is very doable as they're in the very early stages.  I like what I've seen so far though.  They're quietly navigating their second fork in the last couple months without making it a big pump show like we see from all the shitcoins out there.  Leviar team is also very active and helpful on Telegram.  At the current market cap, there's not much downside risk and provides a lot of upside.
