Looking for someone who has knowledge in Open Source Ethereum Mining Pool

I want to create a pool to mine with some friends here from the condominium and some from the city next door.

I have a basic knowledge - intermediate in linux but I can not start the pool correctly.

Anyone who has knowledge about the pool can help?

I don't think you can get the answer to what you are asking on this section, go to mining section or the Bitcoin/market/service, you should get someone technically knowledgeable enough to help you, but you need to be sure it what the effort
