Looks like cheap scam, who will believe you, you are not trusted person. Even super rich guys was limited to buy Telegram tokens. I think Durov doesn't let one person to accumulate significant part of tokens, so there was a lot of investors , but not you are))

Telegram ICO is going to be huge in my opinion. Durov is known as the guy who knows how to grow startups.
However this scheme by OP looks scammy
