Hi all,

I'm new to this forum but have been visiting it frequently for help with setting up my rig. This would be my second rig but first AMD set up.

All cards have been bios modded but all cards have worked properly at some point. 3 cards were working on this pc and 2 were in another and were mining fine at about 27-29mh.

For some reason whenever I try to launch Awesome miner (mining only Etherium) it will crash during or right after loading the DAG files
The system worked fine with 3 gpus but as soon as the 4th or 5th was plugged in it would'nt work. The system will start up into windows fine, and device manager will show everything ok. I tried swapping the cards around in a 3 gpu config to ensure all risers/cards were working on this pc and it seems to mine ok.

System is running with the latest AMD drivers and the patch for the bios modded cards. Windows defender is disabled and virtual memory is set for 16gb

Bios settings are:
4g - enabled
Onboard graphics, vt-d, audio - disabled
Primary graphics output is pcie-1
PCIE - tried gen 1 and 2
CSM - tried enabled/disabled

4 gpu's are powered off a 750w psu (tried with just 3 on this and 1 on the other still didn't work)
1 Gpu and mainboard is off a 500w

System is:
Gigabyte z230p-d3 with the latest mining bios from their website
Celeron g3930
4gb Kingston ram
120gb ssd
win 10 pro

I'm pulling my hair out with this so any help would be much appreciated.

Update - Side note, for some reason MSI Afterburner shows 0 values for all cards when I hook up 4 or more gpus but GPUZ shows values ok.
