Compliant ICO? Thoughts?

Just testing the waters to get feedback regarding a SEC compliant coin we are exploring. 


First, is in protecting our stakeholders from making bad investments and endorsement deals in non-compliant ICO's. As a disclaimer, we won't promote our offering as a safe investment. The difference is we can offer a path of compliance.

Second, our intent is to create a global sports coin that can be issued as a form of cash back to athletes for all purchases made on their athlete profile, worldwide. The cash back can be applied to traditional sports related costs such as the purchase of uniforms and travel for youth and amateurs, as well as bling and entertainment by the pros.

Next, is to integrate the blockchain aspect of coin to help prevent chargebacks on transactions where the customer received the product as well as counterfeiting of tickets for sports, events and entertainment related sales.

Lastly, and the most important, we can release company treasury in the form of "sports coin" into the marketplace by donating coin to at risk youth programs in the United States as well as sports clubs in underdeveloped countries. They, in turn, would use the coin to purchase sports related products from us or simply convert the coin to cash, stimulating the supply and demand of the coin and hopefully creating a more stable coin than what we are seeing with bitcoin and other cryptocurrency.


This will likely be a REG A+ offering.

I appreciate your thoughts about being SEC compliant, this is a clever yet smart approach in this days where cryptocurrency is in hot-seat and every state is wanting a bite with it. But I suggest you to be more effective, you can come up with something that is being shared by the community , not just staking or something.

For instance, it would be interesting if  you can create a platform where it is SEC compliant and the total monthly revenue of that particular platform , a portion of it will be distributed to the token-holder proportionally and a portion of it is for the team and for maintenance.

To exonerate this hype, building a trust system wouldn't be easy without being DAO complaint or using DO smart contract to prevent any human interference in distributing revenue.

I hope someone in this forum could come this idea and make this happen in the near future.

Oh wow, I'm surprised there is that kind of platform already exist. I really want to be part of that kind of platform. May I know your platform, and if by any chance, do we have a chance to invest in ICO or presale?  This visionary is perfect for long term.

I think there's a similar concept in place. A large German provider with an existing network of dealers and partners has been in pre-sale for several days.

Any token that is purchased with an expectation of a return is an asset.  That company will have issues in the future when it's coin holders try to convert to fiat.  Gov'ts won't allow it.  That's what makes ours so special.  Easily converted to CASH, legally

Then if this is the issue, then decentralized thing will solve the issue.
There's a way if there's a will.
Luckily, there's a way even if there's is no will.
