Ok, so this AI has billions of dollars in BTC to be able to influence the price on exchanges. Let's assume that it has access to an account given it by some government agency and that AI is actually playing with tax money. How does it influence the news? I'm saying that because the news and the political situation are what influences the price the most. A machine can't fabricate a Chinese or a Russian ban by getting into the head of government officials.

It's rubbish. If it was AI it would be logical and stable. Instead it keeps changing depending on what humans read in the latest news, and their fears of losing out.
