Hello
I have been a long term user of Yobit, and really appreciate your service, but sometimes they have problems with deposits and withdrawals and it is really frustrating.

Ticket 1: 0e6d3cfe2f7959b027bb4f21b3de215245f84123651e1227f53bcd26fd982227

Today (15 Feb, 19:50)  I made a 50000 RUR deposit with Advcash (advcash transaction ID efda042c-de58-4405-af99-02593be9b131). Despite the money was taken from my Advcash account nothing has been credited to my Yobit account. The money is missing from the Yobit account. Please credit it!!

Ticket 2: 46e590b2cac33bd5c6b8174df15d1c23934f2158a96af9c18147949ddea04895

I also have a withdrawal (2018-02-04 at 15:35:48) of 14999 RUB to my Webmoney account (R175409652302) which is indicated as paid to my account on Yobit, but i haven't received the money on Webmoney. Please also send me the money via webmoney, or refund it to my Yobit account.

I made tickets on Yobit about it but haven't got replies.

unfortunately you are in a very delicate situation, I say delicate because if these exchange had a good service support probably your problem could be solved in a week, but we are talking about yobit, an exchange that takes more than 6 months to respond a ticket support and in that same ticket they give you only hope that they are solving... people wait another months to solve your problem and nothing


Just look at how many cases of scam charges against yobit are open and how many cases of scam charges against yobit have been resolved to have a notion that this exchange is the worst of all

You should obviously know how Yobit behaves on their ticket respond because as you mentioned, you are "a long term user of Yobit" already. And yes it's really frustrating when no amount was being reflected on your account.

Anyway you have a balanced of BTC0.02 there? Maybe you can troll at trollbox and hunt their moderators there (name in Green). Somehow they are active and responding in trollbox although still it's not an assurance that you can have a positive result out of trolling there.

Seems like someone at Yobit saw my post and solved both issues today. I got my money back and I am very happy.
