Problems registering for Bitcoin exchanges! Coinbase, Kraken and Bitfinex

Has anyone else experienced problems registering for Bitcoin exchanges?  I heard that Coinbase was the way to go and have not been able to get past uploading my ID. The page is in an endless loading loop.  It says:

Upload from your mobile phone
Click the link we just sent to +x xxx xxx xxxx and upload photos of your driver's license.
Please do not leave this page until you are done uploading.

A day later and it still says the same thing no matter how often it is refreshed.

Next I tried Kraken and can't get past this page.

"Error 520 Ray ID: 3ca8ca21bbd199e0 • 2017-12-09 14:52:41 UTC
Web server is returning an unknown error"

Then I tried Bitfinex. After I registered basic info I was hit with this on the page and then via email:

"US Residents
This email is to confirm that you have indicated you are a US Resident. Please be advised that Bitfinex is terminating its relationship with US Individual customers (non-corporate accounts with a primary residence in the United States).

US Individual customers must cease trading and funding activity, close any open trading positions, return any reserved funding you may have, and withdrawal all of your balances from the platform as expeditiously as possible."

Makes you wonder about the security and ability to access your funds when you want to. Imagine if I wanted to make a withdrawal and could not access my account for days? Not good!

Coinbase is reliable, you should contact the support center.

Staff are hard at work on testing upgrades soon to be deployed.
Kraken was my favorite broker until this year, they say the issues should be solved in two or three days, hopefully it is done for good this time.
