Ive heard yahoo is the best manager but currently he is in Buzzshow bounty campaign,but you can send a pm so he can decide if he will take your campaign.He is one of the best manager out there ive been following him since them and all of my campaigns where successful because of hm.

I am also in support of going for either yahoo or sylon. They have really handled projects successfully and they are very well presently.

They have a great site and there is no need to spam to Bitcointalk forum.  This is simply the best option as there is more time to promote your project vs the bounty hunters spending all their time spamming bitcointalk all day proving they did the work.

All real bounty managers have the technology to monitor the social media sites automatically.  The rest of these guys who require manual reporting are not keeping up and are putting our bitcointalk community at risk as the waves of spam hits the BCT servers.
