Hello, new to the forums but have been lurking for some time! I still have a lot to learn about Bitcoin in general but I'm getting there.

Have bought a few AM USB Block Erupters to mess around with mining and have been liking it so far. Hope to be able to contribute some to this forum in the possible future.

Hi, welcome,

I also have a few, and I can tell You what I've done to lower my costs:
 - dirt-cheap USB hub (hacked)
 - Old CPU cooler
 - Old NorthBridge cooler (hacked - ad literam)
 - ATX PSU power
 - bamt mining side by side with litecoin

Lower than that would be raspberryPI, but I have a few more steps...

Good luck and stick around, I will post more about those modifications
