Hello,

I have nearly 100 coins/tokens and I`cant follow all of them on twitter etc. And in genereal there is no need for me to do this, because it`s a longterm hold. But I`m afraid of missing swaps. Because if I miss a swap the coin/token could be worthless. How can I keep up to date for this? My tokens/coins are stored on Metamask and a few exchanges.

How often does swaps happen in general in the cryptomarket? Is it very common or not so often?
