Bounty threads that pay a fixed ammount per week

Are there any bounty threads that offer a fixed ammount in USD instead of using the classic “stakes” or bounty in tokens? Do they pay in tokens equivalent to that value??

Never seen a bounty campagne pay out in USD, some do use BTC or ETH but those are rare. Its also pretty unconvenient to pay out in USD when people are from all over the world.
