My Coinexchange.io account was locked with no reason given five days ago now. I opened a ticket with support, but I have heard nothing. I changed my password and did everything I could think of, but nada... Has anyone had this experience before? Any ideas for how it could be solved?

Organize a group of carefully selected and vetted individuals, who do not work for central banks or their countless minions, in any way. Then build your own exchange. This is the only way to guarantee your money will not be confiscated by central banks.

Central banks incubate and create countless intentionally-corrupt garbage exchanges so that you will welcome the "officially sanctioned" central banks and blockchains five or 10 years from now, when they launch. They are developing those now.

By then, the idea of a "currency for the people" will have been replaced by a crypto bubble that makes many people wealthy, then replaced with widespread wealth confiscation (where we are at now), and then the launch of the safe havens that the central banks offer you.

Meanwhile, the masses just moved from a society that allowed private financial transactions, to a cashless one where all transactions are tracked to the individual, forever.

Bait and switch. Rinse, wash, repeat. Works every time. This is how central banks guide and manage society.

Contact this guy on the forum, he was last active around 2 weeks ago. PM him and hope for a response.

How much bitcoins/altcoins did you have in your coinexchange account? If it is a major amount then make sure you let them know and make sure that you say that you're willing to go through the entire legal process if needed.

Are you sure you did not do anything abnormal to get your account suspended/locked? Like signing in with the wrong password multiple times by accident, travelling to a different country, etc.?

Hello Magneto, thank you very much for your reply and pointing me to their account. I have sent them a message and will just have to hope that something positive comes of it. Its been nine days and 18 hours now, and I am still locked out. I didn't do anything different than I would normally do. I have never had a bad experience with them before, so this is very surprising for me. My ticket "#17475 Account Locked" was assigned to a guy named "ethought" but other than that, there has been no activity. I tried emailing them and it opened a new ticket, to which I replied saying I didn't mean to open another ticket and apologized...they closed that ticket, but my remaining one is still opened and untouched.

@BitBender's morning routine:
 - Wake up
 - Rub eyes
 - Go downstairs and make coffee
 - Water the plants outside while the coffee cools to the temperature of less than the sun
 - Check Coinexchange.io ticket
 - Sigh, and set it to Boomerang in 24 hours...

My account has been locked for 35 days now.  Tried changing password.  No response to ticket submitted 35 days ago.

I am normally a very patient person.  But to be denied access I have lost a small fortune in trading.  I am beyond pissed at this point.

And I thought Yobit was the worst.

Horrible and also scary to see accounts being locked with impunity. They know they can't be touched, possibly because it is hard to locate them on this planet. This locking of accounts and blocking of coins for who knows how long is unhealthy, to say the least. You get sleepless nights, become seriously depressed, might even contemplate self-harm. Then you have the occasional guy walking totally naked on a busy street, probably too exhausted mentally after giving up on recovering those locked coins.

This is why it is unwise to park all your coins in one exchange. Keep the bulk of it stored in a wallet you have direct and unfettered access to.

Shame, these are sad stories. I hope you won't have to wait longer.

My account spent more than a month blocked, it was terrible. But they unlocked.

Use tweeter to get in touch, bother, tell the truth, but be polite and have patience.

Never leave all your coins in an exchange or wallet, make trade only with a part of them.

Good advice.  But there in lays the problem, I dropped a lot of coin, to trade out and sell.  Then wham, later that day as I was pulling out coins for staking...

43 days locked now...  I will try Twitter, unfortunately, that means I need to setup an account for yet another Govt spy agency.  Smiley

The frustrating part is, I need the funds for my engagement...  This is driving me crazy, that someone has this kind of power to take from you, with no explanation.  Kind of reminds me of the Fed Reserve and BCC...
