plz suggest us (to newbie)  some strategy  (not more as a primary stage) we should follow...

It's true, maybe we should do a lot of reading and searching for info of the bitcoin forum and asked the friend who've been senior

It's pretty much impossible to know. For me, I like to look for plattforms to invest in long term because I believe a few of them will survive and thrive if there is some killer app released. I.e. coins like Ethereum which can be used as a foundation for other projects.

can u tell me why ETHs price constantly going down?is it for riseing of BTC price?or others fct has for that .....

That is the best way to do , as a newbie you can research more information about cryptocurrencies on how cryptocurrency works for every users here in the forum. You can also asked the pioneers here in the forum about cryptocurrencies , there are many ways to learn cryptos. And reading is the best of them all.
