The purpose is to have a token used for trading that will not be affected by inflation (anti-inflation) and a token that will rise in value.

Ok not gonna lie, I love one thing about this coin. The total supply. Seriously that 400 total supply really amazed me and I really want to own at least one error token. This token can be really high in value if you can put more effort to this coin like be more professional.
I'm not sure about 'the anti-inflation and rising value token' either. This is cryptocurrency, so things like this are inevitable. What's more is you only list this coin on the decentralized exchanges.

I bet one ERROR Token could worth more than $1000 if it has an actual usability.

What inflation is this coin moving against?

Is it moving against the overall (volatile) cryptomarket?
Moving against local economy?
Moving against global economy?

I'm trying to understand how this would work as inflation is only occurring when backed by fiat and the rising 'value' of a coin is almost entirely intrinsic?
