I was just watching through CMC and found RISE ranked 413 with a market cap of around 7.6M...how is this even possible? They were on 180M some months ago...what happened to them? Right time to buy or is this ship lost forever in the Bermuda triangle?

1st you should to find out about that why the reason behind this is any fake new or any problem in that currency management department or any other reason.if be sure about that then you can invest some money in them.

And i remembered when i shocked to know if RISE has been removed from Bittrex many months ago. Currently RISE only listed on small exchanges https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/rise/#markets
I have bought RISE around $1 for 1 RISE and now it's only worth $0.07. For now i think this is one of shit tokens
