Can you prove you own that address instead of just finding a address with 2.35 BTC in it from Blockchain.info since that tx in the address is new.

i changed it because i was just sent the wallet.dat details from my friend because he owed me 2.5
and i posted the thread thinking it had 2.5 before i recovered the wallet
i just opened up that wallet and it only had 2.3
thats why it changed

why did your friend send you his whole wallet instead of just sendint it to your btc address? doesnt a make a whole lot of sense
