earlier on I tried sending some bitcoins to another address and till now it has not appeared on blockchain info

the transaction doesnt appear, the debiting from my wallet doesnt appear

I've followed the instructions from the link below but they dont work. the wallet address 1GVKJQjT6Ykm6UhSbkBvpMkzmcMT3tYyuo

just saw it

but strangely i am sending a small portion of the bitcoins back to the source address?
