i don't know how to start this off. so maybe i will just go unto the details.

I'm living apart from my family because of my work and I'm broke atm. my brother got hit by a car accident and the hospital needs deposit for my brother. I can't send money to them now but i have 0.18 btc here if anyone here willing to help me and buy my 0.18 btc Western Union only as i want it to be sent on my mothers name directly. i know newbies aren't allowed to post something like this but i really need this right now.

Western Union is going to take a $5 fee, so you'll get about $17 for it.

I doubt that $17 will be enough for the deposit at the hospital.

As soon as I see the bitcoin transaction, I'll head out to Western Union and send the $17 to whatever address you like.
