First step to fix it is to read the forum rules and stickes, then post your question in the proper section.

This is for bitcoin mining only.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

OC, Silicon Lottery, Power Delivery Huh So many possibilities.
Start checking first that your PSU can delivery enought and bit more power specially if you have OC on.

Similar thing happened to my friend when he started mining Ethereum. Two of his cards had lower hash rate than other. We didn't do anything to fix it at the start, and now everything is working just fine. Maybe its because he is using 9.5 claymore now, or it could be that it was just some kind of bad info. How long have you been mining, for how long do you have this problem?

Have you put the cards on different risers to see if that changes anything? Are your overclock settings consistent for all of the cards? Run GPU-Z and check that the RAM manufacturer in those two cards is the same as the others. Good luck!

I don't see anything wrong when I'm looking at the picture. I understand that you think this is cause for concern, but I would be willing to bet that this is not consistent with these two cards and that there will consistently be a difference in the hash rate of one or multiple cards. You cannot expect them to perform exactly equal, you must know that a single cards hashrate fluctuates rather drastically over a long period of time and if you look at any single snapshot of a short period of time it is easy to point out moments where the hashrate has dropped. This is completely normal behavior as far as I am concerned, given the time frame we are able to see from your picture.

Check the temperatures of these cards, have they been overworked or are they getting particularly hot? Are all of the fans working on these cards? I would examine this from a longer time-frame, because you shouldn't fix something that isn't broke and that is my analysis here.

Probably a few things that you could check:

1. Riser quality.
2. PSU, is there enough power getting to each GPU evenly? Is it the same two GPUs or does it vary?
3. Do your GPU's have the same memory size and type?
4. Large enough RAM? and Virtual Memory?

Merit me or don't.

first of all, you must check the GPU setting, please check that overclock mode to be active in your system, then measure hash rate. it seems you did not active overclock mode, also config ur ram with ur GPUs. sometimes RAM is not confined to the rigs.

if problem steady connect your guaranty frim.
