I do not recommend this. You think it's easy, but it's not. It is better to invest in it. To create you need a whole team of people and good advertising.

If you have some programing skills it shouldn't be hard to simply go chose one POS coin out there find their GitHub and change few parameters and you got your self a new POS. But you will want to develop it to have some greater purpose if you want public to be aware of it. Other way is simply fork as I told you and then go all on marketing and building the community.

I do not recommend this. You think it's easy, but it's not. It is better to invest in it. To create you need a whole team of people and good advertising.

It is not hard to simply fork one project and tweak it a bit. How ever moving and developing something on your own or with few other people can be a challenge.
