What happened with the ICO today?

Hello. Please help, now i am not receive any messages from HotCrypto on my email.
I not can receive account key.  yesterday i not have problems.
I am try other browser, clean cache. Now i can not buy on ico.
It's like changing my mail in account.

So, yesterday I make a withdrawal request. After one day, nothing new in my wallet.
After login and clicking on https://www.hotcrypto.com/acc/withdrawal/coin_listing/ site immediatelly kick me out with this message below.  My last login is 1 day ago! Why rate limited? Because this is another scam, like HomoBlockCoin. They do not allow withdraw our BTC!

Hi, Use Opera Browser with vpn on. You will be able to connect to the site. My withdraw is still pending. I don't worry for now but if nothing is solved at the end of the week, we can fear.

Ive faced same problem; missed out the ICO last round and now unable to withdraw. The admin block my withdrawal request. Currently trying for 2nd times. but still pending. Ive request it on 20 Dec 2017. Integrity is not their concerns.
