Need Help Getting A Refund From BFL

Hey guys

so i bought a little single from butterfly labs earlier this year in april, hoping i would get it in 2 months but its nearly 6 months now and haven't received anything 

can anyone help me with this dilemma

I read a comment earlier that a user claimed they had a refund.

It seems there are a lot of people wanting refunds at this point. I do feel bad for the people who paid in BTC as that is the method which you have much less recourse.

Has anyone who's got a refund been an international customer? I'm in Australia and I'm wondering how this is all going to go (refund wise) if you're not in the USA. I guess there's no reason for the courts/FTC/BFL to care much about international buyers. That would be a problem for our legal system, banks and such.

I held on to my hopes for as long as I could, I don't see this going anywhere.

I got one.  It was fairly simple.  Within 2 days of sending off the emails Lajz99 describes in his process, I had a refund on my PayPal account and 2 days after that a refund showed up on my credit card.

Was a non-issue in my experience.
