To the person using a safe-mail.net email address contacting us with scam accusations.

The reason you haven't received a reply from us is because your email provider (safe-mail.net) has rejected every email (from gmail) we have attempted to send to you over the past several days.

Please use another email provider so we may reply to you. We have no other way of contacting you.

Alternatively you can leave us a message on bitcointalk.org.

[REMOVED]@safe-mail.net
Hi ;

I already made contact with you several days ago and did not had an answer. I pointed that i was scammed by a seller with a fake mail adress and wrong bitcoin adress. I pointed that you could NOTE IN BOLD AND RED, on the page when confirming adress, that the mails have to come from btcrow.com@gmail.com and that the bitcoin adress is never send buy mail to the buyer, which is not noted on your site.

You never replied to me. I had a number of exchanges with the seller. Surprising for a scammer. He was rather convincing.

So maybe you are the scammers. It's easy, your "guarantee" don't cover wrong bitcoin adress (don't cover much in fact) and your procedure is extremely vague (bad combination).

But even if it's not you, you don't even answer to my message, which is the strict minimum.

Based on your answers to this message (or your absence of answers), i'm gonna tell about my experience everywhere like bitcointalk.org, and believe me if you don't take the time to answer to me, i'm gonna make you awful publicity.

Regards, anyway
C.

It turns out the person entered the wrong email address/domain in the first contact-us web form. Their first contact used a safe-mail.com email address. It should have been safe-mail.net.
