Dear forum,

I'm in to computers since the Atari 2014STf (from 1985) and interested into crypto since 2012 but, will be my first time mining.

I would like to start mining alt coins and was thinking to buy this card:

It's an MSI GeForce GTX 1070 ARMOR 8GB OC. https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/GeForce-GTX-1070-ARMOR-8G-OC.html

According to https://www.bitnand.com/msi-geforce-gtx-1070-mining-review it's a good card that comes with the desirable SAMSUNG GDDR5 memory that's optimal for extreme overclocking.

I want to start mining with the above GeForce GTX 1070 and my current Intel i3 computer that I'm not using.

The enclosure of that machine is an Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-itx/elite-120-advanced

With an Antec VP450 450 Watt power supply http://store.antec.com/eu/vpseries/vp450.html
ASRock H61MV-ITX http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H61MV-ITX/
Intel Core i3-3225 Processor https://ark.intel.com/products/65692/Intel-Core-i3-3225-Processor-3M-Cache-3_30-GHz
Samsung EVO 840 SSD 120GB http://www.samsung.com/us/840-evo/
and Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/bls8g3d1609ds1s00

Is the MSI GeForce GTX 1070 ARMOR 8GB OC a good choice or should I buy another one.

Please any feedback is welcome also about overclocking how to do that or point me to other websites!

Thank you and regards!
