Update: My withdrawal finally processed.

I sent some shitcoins (ITT) to this bucket shop, they didn't credit it after hundreds of confirmations, then only did it after I poked them on reddit.

Then few days after it I wanted to withdraw it back to a wallet, because exchange is literally useless, I stuck with "automated processing" after confirmation by email.
It was on 17 Feb. Some moron from support said that their wallet is empty (lol). Not true, because my deposit was still there.
I invited them to check block explorer and notice that my tokens are there in their wallet so they can send it to me.
After it communication was lost.

I have no idea really if they are scammers or totally retarded, but the result of using their shit service is a money loss without any sign of assistance.
I treat any service with such level of irresponsibility and incompetence as an indirect scam anyway. It's like a 5 years old kid running a money transmitting service.
