Basically I mean stuff like:

Creating a Bitcoin client that fully implements the network protocol is extremely difficult. Bitcoin-Qt is the only known safe implementation of a full node. Some other projects attempt to compete, but it is not recommended to use such software for anything serious. (Lightweight clients like Electrum and MultiBit are OK.)

Which appears in the standard forum advertising location as the "10th" slot. Since according to Theymos

There are 10 total ad slots which are randomly rotated. So one ad slot has a one in ten chance of appearing. Nine of the slots are for sale here. Ads appear only on topic pages with more than one post, and only for people using the default theme.

Is there a place to view the entire list of possible quotes and tips that are rotated?

See the add info page. It is towards the bottom, underneath the current ads, with the header 'factoids'

Thanks for the link, that was pretty much what I was looking for. Though I couldn't find the link below the current ads, just the regular"Advertise here" link.

The forum was founded in 2009 by Satoshi and Sirius. It replaced a SourceForge forum.

Just wondering if Sirius was the founder then why's Theymos considered the "head" admin of sorts?

If memory serves me correctly Sirius handed the day-to-day management of the forum in or around 2010/2011, and retained ownership and control of the bitcointalk.org domain, and later gave theymos partial control of the domain.

There is also another admin, Cøbra, whose account was created in 2014. If memory serves me correctly, at one point it was claimed he lived in Japan, and it was claimed that Sirius turned over the administration to both theymos and Cøbra at the same time. I am not sure off hand where these claims were made.
