forgot forum password

i dont get the reset password email when im clicking "forgot password" option. please advice. i would like to use forum on my android also.

Are you on Hotmail? It always has an issue with such emails.

When you forget your username and password, you can request to have username emailed to you and to reset your  password, this is the only method which I know. This method is successful.

This is not working for me as well. I am getting no email when requesting a password reset.

I'm using gmail but forgot my login, fortunately Chrome keeps it saved for me so I can ask now. I thought I had it written down but apparently not.

As maged said: gmail sends these to the spam folder.

It works with Chromium as well, and with Firefox in a similar way.
