CPU Mining w/ Dual-Xeon

I have a server rack with a rack-mounted GPU server chassis running 7 GPUs + 3 more elsewhere. Trying to utilize the server rack more.

I've been looking the past day at dual-xeon servers on ebay. From what I can see they aren't really worth it. Would almost be better off buying a $999 RX Vega 56 Nitro+ or a $450 RX 570.

Does that about sum it up?
