Permission-based advertising platforms??

I have been very curious into looking for permission-based ad platforms. I only know of Algebraix and how it works is that you go on their app to get paid to watch ads along with providing info about your interests (so advertisers can target their customer better). I thought this was great especially since the facebook and google ad ban for crypto. What do you guys think? I think this is pretty revolutionary since the ad industry is worth billions.

I don't think algebraix is doing ad control to limit invasive ads, but moreso you get rewarded to watch ads and provide info that could be highly valuable to advertisers looking to target their demographic. I think it's a different kind of project as algebraix is really the only one doing this. I think they can benefit a lot from partnering with ad networks and based on their app, they are focusing on high-quality ads.
