low hash rate with etc eth but ok with ubiq and ella?? ?

hi just after some help pls.
iv got 4 x 580 8gb. hynix ram on all. got 21/ 22 mh out of the box. flashe bios and now get 28.2 ish on all with no over clock. runs fine no crashing.

the problem i get is when i try to mine eht or etc i only get 17 / 18 mh on each card.
i mine ubiq i get 28.2 ish on each. ella 28.2ish on all cards.

windows 10 64
1.8 kw bitcoin psu for risers and cards only.
700w psu for mobo and cpu ram hdd.

got claymore 11.1 and latest driver from amd. this is the driver to use as it is in the read me text. i was using claymore 10.2 but that is the same result.
any ideas pls help

You need to toggle to compute mode from graphics for each card in AMD settings. That toggles the Dag size fix.

  yes i did thanks for fast post. all running as normal for me.
not even seen that setting in any video. thanks so much.
now i can get back down the to the blockface and start chipping away at it.
