I want to make an estore that accepts Bitcoin. Are there any estore builders that accept it? What are any you'd recommend?

awesome! the more stores that accept bitcoin the better! i second the idea that you should accept bitcoin directly -- no reason to include bitpay on the deal!!!

You can always use Coinbase, or maybe just get your bitcoin client that you use for your store to generate a bitcoin address for each user, then put up a "You will be emailed within 24 hours", within which you can check the transaction if your technological skills are so bad that you have to do it manually.
