Instead of the employer in the United States having to pay people in Japan, China, South Africa, Ghana, UK to change his US dollars to several countries taking into consideration the exchange rate of all of these countries and the transaction fees that would be paid. Crypto would stop all of this bureaucracy at a minimal cost.
I think that is quite a minor advantage that can be neglected.
My brother in law send money home via wire and he works in Australia, he send dollars the banks instantly converts them to euros.
The main advantage is avoiding all the taxes you must pay for all the people you want to employ. I remember an article that for every euro you were receiving as wage your employer had to pay 1.6 euros , 60 cents were taxes, health, unemployment , etc.
Plus you can fire them at any point, and in worst cases they don't even get paid at all.
