whats the best virtual credit card out there in 2018,
since wavecreast went R.I.P ?
I used advcash but they were under wavecrest...


-fast & easy validation, verified if possible in 24 hours
 (no stool or semen sample required)
 passport scan and utility bill only please 


-bitcoin loading would be nice but is not a must
 fast account loading

I'm only aware of Coinsbank from the services that are still offering virtual cards (you can check this list, you may find more: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0) , It's not available worldwide though.

I would wait a little more. Maybe check out Wirex, since they will still offer virtual cards and they announced they'll be back on track in the very near future. I think that we talk about weeks now.
The "bad news" on Wirex is that there's already a waiting list, but maybe you should register and stay in line, since it's free.

Maybe Wirex will be the first, maybe not. That's why I said that you need a little more patience. I expect that in the next 2 months most of the Bitcoin card services get back on business and then you'll be able to really chose.
