Bitcoin down and altcoin will down too and it was happened repeatable in this year that when people starting to panic then usually they will sold all of their cryptocurrency asset including altcoin so that's why if bitcoin down then all of crypto market will down too however rather than complaining about the price i think buy at low price is wise action
I don't think like that, not all altcoin markets follow bitcoin price movements and even all altcoins do not follow the bitcoin price movement. Price changes will be based on the arrival of information on cryptocurrency as a whole, if there comes negative information then cryptocurrency prices will decline and start from the price of bitcoin first because there are many traders compared to altcoin traders. However, if an altcoin is developing its project and is well received by every investor and user of cryptocurrency, even though the overall cryptocurrency market condition is decreasing, the altcoin will increase, and I have often seen this happen in the market.
