Yes, since silk road users needed BTC now that that source of demand has gone away it makes sense for the price to drop.  Of course, as more places accept BTC that should help its value.  So I doubt BTC is done, but this is bad in the short term.

SR shutdown + btctalk hacked, many users panicked, i guess.

btc is for legal things too, so i think it will survive.
