I came up with a little hosting plan and want to see if anyone would be interested. I honestly didn't plan on offering or posting this until after december so I would know if cointerra really ships there 2th/s miner or not.

Plan: My plan is to offer anyone with mining equipment to have it hosted at my house in South Carolina. South Carolina always has good weather and its never too hot nor cold. In the house I rent is a flat fee for everything so I can use any amount of electricity. My plan is to host your equipment for a certain amount of months then after that period is over the equipment becomes mine. I thought this would be a good idea because right now a lot of people are selling their miners really cheap because they are scared of whats coming ahead. If you do this, you're almost guaranteed to make what some of you are selling your miners for now, or even more.

How it works: At the current difficulty my plan is, 1 month is equal to 15gh/s. Then you get an additional two weeks when your total months are over.
For example: Lets say you have a avalon first batch 60gh/s. 60/15 is 4 months. So you get a total of 4 months and two weeks and all mined bitcoins go directly to you. Payments will most likely be on the 1st and 15th of the month. If not that many people join this offer I have no problem using bitminter.com so all coins mined for the day go straight to you.

Security: I will verify anything and everything from phone number, address, skype, social networks, etc. Also if I get enough people on board I will possibly set up a camera in the room so you can see your miners mining 24/7.

Warranty: If anything mining equipment stops working during you contract and you still have months left, the equipment is returned to you and the contract is immediately canceled. In the case I would take the loss but I don't want to have any disputes with the equipment breaking and someone claiming I'm just trying to keep their stuff...

If anyone is interested please pm me. If there are specs that you think are too low or something that you think should be changed please pm or comment below. This is just an idea, and if it gains interest then we can go from there. Thank you
