Do you mean the most used online Bitcoin wallets or actual most used Bitcoin wallet software? I don't quite understand what you mean by "Top".

I don't think you'll be able to find who controls priv keys which cumulatively amount to the highest amount of bitcoins but it could be Dread Pirate Roberts or FBI (assuming DPR kept most of his commission in BTC and didn't gamble or otherwise lose them away).

The address with the most bitcoins is 1933ph... with 111,114.6 BTC.

No address has more than this.  If Satoshi has a million (or millions), then the coins are likely dispersed over a bunch of the untouched block rewards from the early days.

Bitcoin-QT best wallet ever.....
If you are talking about which kind of wallet, MultiBit destroyes Bitcoin-QT
If we are talking of who owns more money, well, there is a guy in Just-Dice that risked 7000+ Btc in the most easy thing to win (98% chance of winning) and lost them.

But not individuals.
