CPUminer Solo mining: failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 connection refused

Hi,

I am new to solo mining and have only used pools so far. I am trying to mine X11 and I start the the minerd and it starts and everyting seems fine but I get:
HTTP request failed: HTTP request failed: failed to connect to 127.0.0.1:21532 connection refused

What is happening here? Can anyone help please?

What coin are you trying to mine solo? Is your coin wallet fully synced?
Have you set a coin.conf file in %appdata%/roaming/coin with the correct user and pass you're using on cpuminer?

I am trying to mine my own X11 coin which currently had 0 blocks. I have put a xxxx.conf file in %appdata% and set the ports and the server settings and I have two nodes running and the wallet connects to the nodes and appears ready. I am using cpuminer X11. I have turned off all the anti-virus stuff and turned off the firewall. I have also started the wallet with -conf=%appdata%/xxxxx/xxxxx.conf

I have Windows 7 pro, 64 bit

When I run netstat -a I can not see the wallet or anything listening on the port I have set and this is why cpuminer can not connect but why is the wallet not listening.

Did you ever get this issue resolved. I am getting the same issue trying to mine the premine block.

Checked conf file, verified everything was correct and made sure TCP port was open. Still getting connection refused.

Have you added rpcallowip to your coin.conf? I suggest allowing all IPs. Have you start your wallet as a server (-server)? Also tried another port if possible.

You can try adding the rpc allow IP's to coin .conf file. To only allow connections from you LAN you can specify your LAN subnet in the rpcconnect parameter. You also need to specify the internal IP address from the machine you are connecting the miner in rpcconnect. Then start the wallet in server mode and use the wallet IP address, rpcuser, rpcpassword and rpcport in the miner config file. Similar to how it's explained here:
