I think that is not a app, that is the logo or a chart that showing the data of there token, if you have notice below, there is a note indicate  the color of the logo, that is only a picture that show the movement of there token, maybe that is ah link of there token that you can find only on there website or twitter or try to visit the whitepaper of that picture on twitter

I think this interface is alcoin, but because I am Chinese, I use the Chinese language interface, but the English version of this interface is the same.
You can try downloading alcoin, so you can find it in the English interface.
