Activity? How can i get it?

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts).

Activity is updated every 60 minutes.

How much is the max activity can i get?

14 is the most activity points you can get for each 2 week period.
