CampBX Support Portal - Not Working?

Using campbx's kayako support portal, I try to register an account, but not matter what it tells me the captcha is incorrect.

I try and submit a ticket without creating an account, and all it does is load knowledgebase articles then say none are found, but won't let me actually submit the ticket.

Anybody else experiencing these same problems?
