 i am using ubuntu 16.04. Why my cpu working @100%  when i am opening etc.ethermine pool dashboard, and not in remaining browsing times? at the time of normal browsing it tooks around 10-20%. I checked this on htop. please let me know any solution. my laptop is getting more heat at that time.

Could be a script in the page that is causing it to overwork.

There could be a webpage miner embedded?

Best thing to do is download an adblock extension that also blocks mining scripts.

Use NoCoin extension or MinerBlock extension.

See how it goes and let us know. Should sort it if it is indeed a webpage miner.
