where do you find finance & economics people / team members?

I am having some problems determining proper circulating supply vs. max supply vs. total supply together with the coin price and ico token price all vs. the price of my real-life asset which I am using to back my token up with. I need to consult with someone who is more experienced in these financial issues. Any finance people out here looking to join teams?
