With a friend of mine we have launched the website   https://www.bitestate.ch   where we sell estate properties exclusively in crypto currencies.

We are posting here to know what do you think about it, since we think here is the best place to discuss about this kind of stuff.

your website does not work and this does not look very professional, you are selling something that you need to win the trust of people and if you are making mistakes in the beginning of this business you will not gain trust from anyone

You forgot to mention many things:

1- How will you deliver and in which countries will you deliver?
2- What guarantees do people have that you will not fool them?
3 - Who are you?

1. While changing the currency from BTCitcoin to Ethereum, a simple refresh will wipe that preference (you have to choose it again).
2. Noticed some irregular price updates, what's the time interval between those?
3. While choosing the price range (moving the slider), it's a bit hard to guess if the range is from "1" to the number being shown under the slider block or from the slider block number, up to the last shown value. Although this isn't a bug, I think instead of the number 1 value that pops in the beginning (after moving the slider), there should be the number that's being shown under the slider block.

The price updates at every page refresh. Actually we sync prices with Bitstamp API.

Since we think crypto currencies are going to change our world, we wanted to launch BitEstate as a pure crypto currency project to start working with crypto currencies.

Feel free to ask any other question. We want to be 100% transparent with all of you guys. You are also welcome to come and visit us to our office and have a nice coffee/tea with us

Isn't much better if you will allow other sellers to add their real estate too? I think that's more interesting for customers since there would be a variety of choices.
It's like an all-in-one spot/platform for real estate with the focus on cryptocurrency payment. Maybe, just add a special view for your own real estate to highlight it between regular sellers or monetize the site by adding exclusive option.

It seems that your website still have some problems. I've tried to open it from various IP addresses using VPN and only succeeded from the 3rd attempt.

Can you pls enlighten me how are you doing it? As I understood you are acting as a middleman here. For example if someone from nigeria will decide to  use your services then how will you avoind the taxation while cashing the coins out and transferinf them between countries?
And can you also provide some links to your past deals?

For the exclusive option, this screenshould would be a great example. I got this from one of our car selling site.
People will pay additional btc for a featured spot on the homepage or maybe on the search result. (should be the first to appear)

It is really strange that you have problems entering it. Our server is in Zurich (Switzerland) and is hosted by one of the major web providers (Metanet).
Can you tell me exactly which error/message do you get when you try to load it please?

As said: we have launched the website only since 2 weeks. We admin that are starting to sell real estate with crypto currencies, but regarding selling normally, we have more than 20 years experience. Our company is on the market since 1996.

Personally I do only the IT/Technical part, all my other collaborators deal with the legal / commercial stuff.
I will ask them to prepare a document where we explain our process, and put it into our website.

As said, we want to be 100% transparent, we don't have nothing to hide. Anyone interested can come to our 2 offices and meet us to simply drink a coffee

Small bugfix:

Once you change crypto currency now it remains even if you refresh the page.
