dmesg | grep fglrx

Will give you a ton of information including the date of the driver, e.g:

Code:
[fglrx] module loaded - fglrx 8.86.5 [May 24 2011]

There should be somewhere a list of dates when various catalyst versions were released.

(edit) http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/linux/previous/Pages/radeon_linux.aspx

Looks like 10.11 or 10.12 by the date.
