Dunno if you're still looking to sell this, but you won't be getting 1400 for that.
Current cost with promo on hf is about 1100 for it new.
And it is a rotten deal.

I'd go $33 / TH/s, if you were interested.
With bitcoin tanking, difficulty skyrocketing, and a withdrawal minimum of .05, odds of ROIing are not good.
