US government (S.E.C.) is regulating tokens...now crypto companies are saying they have "utility tokens" not "security tokens," so the SEC doesn't regulate. Is US gov going to start regulating ALL tokens/coins? Or is using utility tokens a safe alternative for crypto businesses?
