10 hours to withdraw? I never understood why it would take so long to make a withdraw. I mean a good exchange would offer and support instant withdrawal.

No, it does not take 10 hours to appear in the list as "processing" - it normally is there immediately. Not this time.

The support is ignoring my eMails and the funds are gone. Let's say you make this 5 times a day on random payouts - you would make a fortune on this 

That would be quite unfair, but yes, they could earn a lot from doing that.
Anyway, I hope that the transaction will go through or that they at least pay you the funds they owe you.
